CHANNELS OF BLESSING GLOBAL MINISTRY ASSIST GHANAIAN YOUTH IN GETTING DECENT JOBS IN CANADA.

Channel of Blessing Global Ministry a Christian centered for holistic prosperity is continuously training Ghanaian youth in getting decent jobs both local and abroad. The programme which commenced in 1992 has helped various Ghanaians of different age groups in acquiring legitimate jobs after any level of education. The programme which comes in two categories consist of the Junior High school level with trade and Senior secondary and above.Inview of this anybody can apply to get employed. Speaking to The Ghanaian Reactor Online, the Chief Executive Officer of Channel of Blessing Global Ministry, Princess Asie Ocansi said it was very important in grooming the yet to be employee to enable them make easy transition to the international world easily. "Cultural aspects at the work place encounter different level of professionalism". It is especially important for us to manage time because time management is a good channel of communication and very essential in global job ethics. Madam Ocansi reiterated the importance of Ghanaians doing away with the jargon "Ghanaian Time" and take advantage to be late to work and other functions. "This will minimize profit both at the work side and home causing more financial lost". It was also necessary in changing the mind set of the students to help them broaden their scope of knowledge. She said her programme was been runes on an SOS labour programme registered both in Ghana and Canada. The programme is also a very important on because it conforms to the national agenda of Ghana's new government, she therefore called on governments total support in providing enormous jobs for the youth a reality. Madam Ocansi said the training is very holistic and its spiritual aspects is very important helping with jobs outside and afterwards come back to serve your country with the more acquired international knowledge. "My outfit also creates jobs internally especially for people who wish to work in Ghana". She added that her outfit is currently training some youth to take up some ready jobs in Canada with company such as MacDonald. "The way forward is to training as many as possible to prosperous in life" she said.
