The programme which commenced in 1992 has helped various Ghanaians of different age groups in acquiring legitimate jobs after any level of education. The programme which comes in two categories consist of the Junior High school level with trade and Senior secondary and above.Inview of this anybody can apply to get employed. Speaking to The Ghanaian Reactor Online, the Chief Executive Officer of Channel of Blessing Global Ministry, Princess Asie Ocansi said it was very important in grooming the yet to be employee to enable them make easy transition to the international world easily. "Cultural aspects at the work place encounter different level of professionalism". It is especially important for us to manage time because time management is a good channel of communication and very essential in global job ethics. She added that her outfit is currently training some youth to take up some ready jobs in Canada with company such as MacDonald. "The way forward is to training as many as possible to prosperous in life" she said.
