Vicome Limited a Ghanaian based company based in Aberdeen and New Jersey in the united state has formally been launched last week in Accra. Speaking at the press launch, the International representative of Vicome Limited Kwadwo Darko Asamoah said with close association with Weenas U.K, Vicome is set to take up the challenge of supporting Ghanaian businesses and individuals interested in the emerging oil and gas industry by helping them recognize the business ethics and standards focusing on safety, technology and the regard for modest innovative techniques needed to operate in the industry. “Ghana’s oil and gas industry is bound to face a myriad of professional and technical challenges particularly in areas like training of support staff industry specific processes including the handling of health and safety which permeates all aspects of the industry.”
He further reiterated that, his outfit was in Ghana to provide answers to such issues at hand which cuts across both up and downstream.
Mr. Asamoah added that Vicome Limited’s objective is to concertize Ghanaian business and individuals to take up the opportunity the emerging industry has to offer to contractors and skilled persons especially from tertiary institution which should stimulate our private sector.
