LAUNCHING WORKSHOP OF SALY ACTION PLAN TO END TOMMORROW.

A three day workshop on the validation and launching of the Saly Action plan is underway in Accra.The workshop which started on 10th march 2009 is scheduled to end tommorrow with effective implementation plans.The workshop is aimed on the regional instruments and indegenious democratic governance and conflict preventation mechanisms in west Africa.The workshop which will be ending tommorow will be chaired by Colonel Yoro Kone of ECOWAS with various presentations from Mr. Mody Ndiaye the youth co-ordination group for westAfrica (Senegal),Mrs.Gwenola Posseme-Rageau of SWAC and OECD and Mr.Cherifou Gassama of UNOWA.There will also be a presentation on the strategy implementation workshops: its objectives and TOR.It will finally end with the implementating of the Saly Action Plan. The workshop is organised by ECOWAS and Sahel and West Africa Club (OECD) .
